They are located on the left bank of the Baigory River at the confluence of the Teleluy River. On the opposite bank of Baigora is the center of the village of Sinyavka .
The village was formed in Soviet times. It was formed by immigrants from one of the surrounding settlements.
There are two streets in Krasnye Vyselki - Sadovaya and Gagarina.
