Biography

He worked as the first secretary of the Samarkand regional committee of the Komsomol of Uzbekistan , the first secretary of the Bagishamal, Zheleznodorozhny, Siabsky districts of the city of Samarkand , and later the first secretary of the Samarkand city ​​committee of the CPSU .

May 28, 1993 to 2000 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Kazakhstan . He has the status of Ambassador Extraordinary of the Republic of Uzbekistan II rank. He was awarded orders and medals of the USSR , Vatican , Russia , Uzbekistan , Kazakhstan and Afghanistan .
