As in many films of that time, it was customary for actors to make up their characters for themselves, King Baggot created memorable images of Jekyll and Hyde. The effective use of makeup amazed the audience. This is the only version in which Jekyll almost discovers an antidote.

Story

Dr. Henry Jekyll conducts scientific experiments to uncover the dark side of man and eventually releases the killer inside himself. So Mr. Hyde appeared.
