Biography
The work on the first release of the Bruderschaft group "Forever" was attended by famous people in the field of electronic music: Rexx Arkana (text), Ronan Harris (vocals from VNV Nation ), Sebastian Komor (music, member Icon of Coil , Zombie Girl ), Joakim Montelius ( Covenant samples) and Stephan Groth ( backing vocals by Apoptygma Berzerk ). The song captured the top of the charts and became a favorite in the clubs . The title track was written by Rexx Arkana in memory of his father, who died of cancer in 1999.
Released on the label RazorBurn Records, and in Europe on the Alfa-Matrix label in 2003, the “Forever” EP (also available in the 2- CD Limited Edition version) included remixes of such bands as Front 242 , Camouflage , Feindflug , Melotron , The Retrosic , Negative Format , Angels & Agony , Colony 5 , Lights of Euphoria , Davantage , Grendel , Punto Omega, [: SITD:] and others.
In 2005, Bruderschaft worked on the next release of Return, but it did not materialize. Sebastian Komor, Johann Sebastian (composer of State of the Union ) also had to work on the main track; new vocalist Tom Shear ( Assemblage 23 ) and lyrics by Rexx Arkana himself.
