The Irish National Liberation Army (INOA, Ir. Arm Saoirse Náisiúnta na hÉireann ) is a left-wing Irish paramilitary organization that was formed on December 8, 1974 .

Ideology
Shares a common Marxist ideology with the Irish republican socialist movement. The peak of influence and activity was the late 1970s - early 1980s, at the beginning of the XXI century the organization is one of many small armed republican groups in Ireland.
In the early years, was known as the "People's Liberation Army." At that time, the main task was primarily to protect the members of the Irish Socialist Party from attacks by the Irish Republican Army ( IRA ).
INOA - An organization banned in Ireland since 1983, in violation of the 1939 Act [1] . The UK has banned the activities of INOA under anti-terrorism law [2] .
