The Board of European Students of Technology (BEST ) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit student organization. BEST brings together about 3,800 volunteers who are members of local BEST groups at 94 technical universities in 32 countries.

Structure
In its structure, BEST is divided into three levels: local, regional and international. Each of the 94 local BEST groups (LBG - Local BEST Group) represents an organization at the local level at the university where its members are trained. To ensure effective interaction between local groups and the international level in BEST, 94 groups are divided into 11 regions, which are coordinated by Regional Advisers. Finally, the international level of BEST organization consists of 10 departments. The whole organization conducts its activities under the direction of the International Board of BEST (International Board of BEST).
BEST Local Groups
The BEST Local Group is a community of students who are members of the BEST organization studying at the same university, which is responsible for promoting and organizing BEST activities at this university.
International Departments

| Competitions Department | The purpose of the competition department is to provide support and quality control of the Engineering Competition in accordance with the requirements of BEST. |
| Corporate Relations Department | The Corporate Relations Department assists the Treasurer in finding resources for the International BEST, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the organization and achieve its goals. |
| Design department | The design department provides graphic materials in accordance with the needs of BEST in order to maintain and strengthen the image of the organization. |
| Educational Involvement Department | The goal of the BEST Education Involvement Department is to increase students' awareness and involvement in the educational process, to collect student opinions on education issues and to bring this information to relevant stakeholders related to higher education systems in Europe. |
| Grants department | The Grants Division is responsible for liaising with various foundations to provide financial support to the organization through grants. |
| IT Department | The information technology department provides technical resources and services in the field of IT in accordance with the needs of the organization, which helps to achieve its goals. |
| Membership Department | The Membership Division supports the new local BEST groups that appear in Europe. |
| Public Relations Department | The PR department creates, monitors and maintains the image of the BEST organization. |
| Training department | The training department is designed to develop BEST members so that they contribute to the organization, bringing it closer to achieving its goals. This is done through the support and continuous improvement of the BEST training system. |
| Vivaldi department | The goal of the Vivaldi department is to oversee and support the organization of BEST events in accordance with the rules of the organization. |
