GOST EN 13020-2012. Appendix B
Tar parver ( tar tarver, road oiler, oil-tar spreader ; German Goudronieranlage ) is a machine for uniform pouring under pressure of heated organic binder materials based on tar ( bitumen , tar ) during construction or repair of tracks. If the road-impactor is a self-propelled machine, then it is called a self-impactor.
3.1 Grounding sprayer (binder sprayer [or sprayer]): A machine used to automatically or manually spread a film of binding materials (bitumen / bitumen emulsion) onto a road surface at a given set speed. Storage of binding materials is carried out in tanks (asphalt tank) installed on the chassis (see Annex B, Figure B.1), or in containers (container-type asphalt). The machine can be mounted on a semi-trailer or trailer chassis (see Appendix B, Figure B.6) or it can be self-propelled.
Note 1 - Bitumen refers to dangerous goods according to the rules for the transport of dangerous goods (Directive 94/555 / EC - Transport of dangerous goods).
Note 2 — The bitumen emulsion is a product with a temperature below 100 ° C and is not within the scope of the Dangerous Goods Transport Directive (Directive 94/555 / EC).
