The hand of the great master ( Georgian დიდოსტატის მარჯვენა ) is an opera in four acts by Shalva Mshvelidze . Libretto N. Dzidzishvili based on the novel of the same name by Konstantin Gamsakhurdia [1] .

Creation History

The first production of the opera took place in Tbilisi , at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater on June 3, 1961 [1] .
