History
1941
The division was formed from August 20 to September 15 in the city of Atkarsk, Saratov Region ( Volga Military District , PrivO)) as part of the 61st Reserve Army . The combat training was carried out according to a six-week accelerated program. On November 26, after tactical exercises, the rifle division began loading military trains in military trains to make a march to the theater of war . The formation came to the front on November 27. 1942
At the beginning of January 1942, the 61st Army (61 A) regrouped its forces, including 350 troops north-west of the city of Belev, and from January 8 began to strike in the south-west direction to bypass the enemy’s Bolkhov group from the west.
The division took possession of Chernyshino, Kasyanovo, Grin, Ozerka, Sorokino, Ulyanovo and by February 1 left the forest 10 km northwest of Bolkhov, where it was counterattacked by superior enemy forces.

On August 11, German operation Virbelvind (Tornado) was launched against the right wing of the 61st Army ( Western Front ), where the 350th Infantry Division was located. From March 1 to March 20, the division waged heavy defensive battles in the area of Art. Merefa, south of Kharkov. 1945
"Wisla-Oder Operation"
