Geography

The settlement is located in the steppe area, in the north of the Korenovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory.

History

In March 1932, the Resolution of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR “On the Reorganization of Large Agricultural Enterprises” was issued. In this regard, on March 15, 1932 grain farms were organized from the Tikhoretsky state farm, including Berezansky, and the village was named Novoberezansky (with a land allotment of 25 thousand hectares). Also in 1932, the Novoberezansky village council was formed, which included: the Berezansky grain farm, the feldsher-midwife station in the village of Novoberezansky, a school in the village of Novoberezansky for 120 students (one elementary class was created in the departments, numbering 16-18 people; ), post office.

In 1936, the Berezanskoye farm had 40 tractors, 20 combines, 30 cars. The area of ​​agricultural land was 14,000 hectares, including arable land - 8,000 hectares.

In 1947, a retail trade enterprise was established, which had 3 outlets.

In 1957, the Anapa Village Council merged with Novoberezansky.

In 1961, the Berezansky grain farm was transferred to the Research Institute of Essential Oilseeds and was renamed the Berezansky Experimental Seed Farm.

In 1964, five branches of the economy became settlements: Bratsky, Razdolny, Sandy, Privolny, Proletarsky, and Anapsky farm.

In 1975, the Novoberezansky Village Council was awarded the title "Council of High Culture of Agriculture."

Transformation History
  • By order of the head of the administration of the Korenovsky district dated December 26, 1991 No. 32-r, the executive committee of the Novoberezansky village Council of People’s Deputies was liquidated. The successor to the executive committee is the administration of the Novoberezansky village council.
  • By order of the head of the administration of the Korenovsky district dated December 24, 1993 No. 308/1-r, the administration of the Novoberezansky village council was renamed the Novoberezansky village administration.
  • By the resolution of the head of the administration of the Korenovsky district of July 15, 1997 No. 529, in accordance with the Charter of the Korenovsky district, the Regulation on the administration of the Novoberezansky rural district was approved.
  • According to the Decision of the 8th session of the Council of Deputies of the Korenovsky District of November 27, 2001 No. 72 in accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Krasnodar Territory of November 1, 2001 No. 413-KZ “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Krasnodar Territory” “On Local Self-Government in Krasnodar Territory ”, Article 37 of the Charter of the Korenovsky District approved the Regulation on the Novoberezansky rural district.
  • By decision of the 31st session of the Council of Deputies of the Korenovsky District on July 31, 2003 No. 292 in accordance with Article 38 of the Law of the Krasnodar Territory “On Local Self-Government in the Krasnodar Territory” and Article 33 of the Charter of the Korenovsky District, the Regulation on the Administration of the Novoberezansky Rural District was approved.
  • In accordance with the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-ФЗ “On the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation”, the Law of the Krasnodar Territory on July 2, 2004 No. 743-KZ “On Establishing the Borders of the Municipal Formation Korenovsky District, Giving it the Status of a Municipal District , the formation in its composition of municipalities - urban and rural settlements - and the establishment of their borders ”, the resolution of the head of the municipal formation Korenovsky district dated October 31, 2005 No. 654“ On the liquidation of the administrator radios of the urban and rural districts of the municipality Korenovsky district ” on January 1, 2006 the administration of the Novoberezansky rural district was liquidated.
