In an episode of Saturday Night Live with Zach Braff, the latter played one of the horror students trying to select music for the upcoming student ball. The hero of Zach Braff offers a musical theme from the Country of Gardens , as this soundtrack “changed his life”, but the organizing committee describes the disc as a “ Pitchfork Media mix CD” and quickly rejects the idea.
