Across The Border is a popular band from Germany. The team was created in 1993 in Karlsruhe. The music that society performs is allowed to be attributed to several styles at one time - these are rock, punk, as well as folk rock. At that time, if society was born, Germany was something special. Political ideas have changed, social habits have changed to innovative views, people (especially young people) listened to punk rock, implicitly promoting previously banned topics, such as drugs, for example.

However, between the groups that invaded Germany at the end of the twentieth and the beginning of the twenty-first centuries, there were also those who variedly denied different social and political negatives. Across The Border also belonged to such groups, the lyrics of the songs of which attracted fans with their own diversity and ambiguity. The instrumental action also did not leave much to be desired - talented musicians at all times worked more than professionally (the violinist who everyone called simply David was especially famous).

In 2002, the group officially notified fans of their own creativity that the activities of the team ceased. Despite the breakup, a few years later the group gave a joint concert with a band from Ireland (who played folk punk). The tour turned out to be extremely successful. Later - they called them a farewell tour.

Shortly after the concerts, the group decided to record a gift album - for a huge number of fans of the group. Given the fact that the musicians are not our suitable recording studio, they had to create a record for their own money.

This season, musicians are confident that now punk music is still in demand, because in the current period of time there are many reasons for protests. Musicians are confident that through music it is possible to radically change social thinking, as well as to compel people to contemplate the most important thing in life, about real values. In 2007, the group resumed its activities, and in 2009 they record the new album “Loyalty”
