Content
History
On February 4, 1967, by a Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR, it was decided to build new enterprises for the production of components for the Volga Automobile Plant , including the Belebeyevsky Plant of Normals and Hardware.
In November 1970, the first batch of plant products was shipped to the Volga Automobile Plant — parts of 10 items for 500 car kits.
In 1971, in connection with the expansion of production to ensure the norms of the Kama Automobile Plant , the company was renamed the Belebeyevsky plant "Avtonormal".
On December 2, 1992, it was decided to establish OJSC Avtonormal on the basis of the Avtonormal plant.
On May 17, 2002, at a general meeting of shareholders, a decision was made to reorganize Avtonormal OJSC by spinning off Belebeevsky Avtonormal Plant OJSC (BelZAN OJSC) from it.
Activities
Belebeevsky Avtonormal Plant is a modern machine-building enterprise specializing in the production of fasteners and springs for the automotive industry, is the holder of a certificate of compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 (No. SQ / 1706 of September 15, 2006) based on an audit, conducted by the French organization UTAC . BelZAN OJSC has implemented an integrated information system based on my SAP ERP software .
The Samara group of companies SOK takes part in the management of the plant. The shareholder of the plant is also Izhevsk Automobile Plant OJSC. [1] In September 2013, assets were acquired by AvtoVAZagregat OJSC, Togliatti.
Among the consumers of the products of Belebeyevsky Plant OJSC are almost all domestic car manufacturers: AvtoVAZ , KAMAZ , UAZ , GAZ , GM-AvtoVAZ , AMO ZIL , IzhAvto .
