In Russia, the activities of street musicians often fall under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of Administrative Offenses - in fact or fictitiously. Drunk street musicians can provoke a conflict situation, their behavior can cause fights. However, in recent years, playing on the street has acquired the features of professional activity; neither spectators nor musicians adore uncultured, cheeky behavior. Therefore, it is more often possible to observe cases of “imposing” a fine and accusations against street performers. [four]
