Biography
At the club level he played for San Isidro (from 1925 to 1926), Racing (Avellaneda) (1927 to 1933), America (Rio de Janeiro) (in 1934), the club Ferrocaril Oeste (with 1935 to 1936) and Atlanta (Buenos Aires) (in 1937).
As part of the Argentina national team Della Torre spent 5 matches.
After completing his playing career, Della Torre worked as a coach. He in 1958 led the "Racing" to the title of champion of Argentina . The following year, he led the country's national team at the South American Championship as part of the coaching staff of three. In 1962, Della Torre entrusted Carlos Lorenzo to train the national team at the World Championships .
