The village is located in the east of the district, on the Valdai Upland . Myshlyache is located five kilometers northeast of the former administrative center of the rural settlement - the village of Pochinaya Sopka .

History

In the Novgorod province, the village belonged to the Zasypensky volost of Borovichi district . The name of the village of Myshlyache is mentioned for the first time in documents of the XVIII century , probably comes from the personal Thinker [3] .

According to the results of the municipal reform, the village became part of the municipality - the Pochino-Sopkinsky rural settlement of the Borovichi municipal district ( local government ), and was subordinated to the administration of the Pochino-Sopkinsky rural settlement of the Borovichi district [4] . On April 12, 2010, the Pochino-Sopkinsky rural settlement was abolished, and the village became part of the Peredsky rural settlement [2] .

Transport

There is a highway to the village (2 km) from the P8 Myshlyachy highway located to the south ( Borovichi - Pestovo section).
