Biography
Born in Tiflis in a noble family. Cadet Marine Corps. In 1918, after the closure of the corps, he left for Georgia. He worked for William N. Haskell, the American envoy in the Caucasus. After the establishment of Soviet power in Georgia, he emigrated. In Constantinople, he worked in the American Relief Administration. In 1923 he came to the United States.
He worked in cosmetics and jewelry companies, in the field of public relations. In 1941-1944, he worked for American military intelligence. Collaborated with S.P. Obolensky . The author of several historical books.
The Tarsaidze archive is stored at the Hoover Institute .
