Content
History
The group was formed on April 13, 2001 in the city of Chernihiv ( Ukraine ). Initial composition: Nabath ( vocals ), Baalberith ( guitar ), d'Raven ( bass ), drummer (name unknown). Soon the group stops live rehearsals and goes into the "studio" format. Nabath and Baalberith remain in the group.
In January 2002, the recording of the first demo “Fire and Sword” containing 9 tracks was completed.
April 2003, the second full-length album "Nails for the Gods" was recorded.
2004: the full-length album “Happiness is when you are gone ...” was recorded.
2005: mini-album "In the Shine of Black" was recorded.
2006: “Cold Old Thorns” - reissue of almost all tracks from the albums “Fire and Sword” and “Nails for the Gods” + a new track.
In 2007, the lineup for live rehearsals was recruited: d'Raven returned, Karmaged took the place behind the drums. December 29, 2007 the first live performance of the group.
2008: Full-length album Sacrilegium recorded.
d'Raven leaves the group.
Nabath also runs CITADEL distribution and publishes Citadel'zine underground black metal releases.
The first group from Chernihiv, whose discs were published outside the CIS.
End of 2008 - Karmaged is no longer a member of the group.
In the spring of 2009, the group recorded the mini-album Pilgrimage amidst the Catacombs of Negativism (5 tracks).
At live concerts, bass and drums are played by session musicians.
