Fataliev Polad Sabir oglu ( azerb. Fətəliyev Polad Sabir oğlu ; born , ) is an Azerbaijani water polo player . Candidate Master of Sports. Member of the Azerbaijan Water Polo National Team. He also performed in the Youth Team of Azerbaijan. He currently defends the colors of the Baku Navy club. Amploua - midfielder (formerly goalkeeper).

Azerbaijan Championship
Seven-time champion of Azerbaijan in water polo among club teams. Six times he became a gold medalist as part of the CSKA Baku team (in 1996-1997-1998-2003-2006-2007) and once as a member of the Baku Navy (2008).
International Tournaments
- Silver medalist of the International Tournament on Water Polo among Youth Teams, held in Tbilisi ( Georgia ) in 1997, as part of the CSKA Baku team.
- Silver medalist of the Open Championship of the International Sports Society "Spartak" among the strongest youthful water polo teams of the CIS , held in Tuapse (Russian Federation), in 1997, as part of the Baku Navy team.
- Winner of the international water polo tournament among youth teams, held in the city of Dnepropetrovsk , March 13-17, 2001, as part of the CSKA Baku team.
- Silver medalist of the Open Championship of Ukraine among youth water polo teams, held in the city of Mariupol on November 10-15, 2002, as part of the CSKA team in Baku.
- Winner of the 2nd International Swimming and Water Polo Tournament, as part of the CSKA Baku team, held in Istanbul (Turkey) in April 2003 and dedicated to the National Unity Day and the holiday of children.
- Bronze medalist of the Asian Open Championship in Rescue Pentathlon , in the "Towing" class, held on Qeshm Island (Iran) in 2004.
- 6th place in the team event at the World Islamic Games held in 2005 in the city of Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
Training and work
- In 1989-1999 he studied at the secondary school No. 161 of the city of Baku.
- In 1999-2003, he studied at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, at the Faculty of Game Sports.
- In 1988-1994 he was engaged in swimming at the sports school of CSKA.
- Along with his sports career, since 2005 he has been working as a diver in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is also a member of the Rescue Pentathlon team at the Ministry of Emergencies.
Sports career
- From the age of 13, he has been a regular participant in the Azerbaijani water polo championships among adults. For a long time he played for the Baku club CSKA. Currently playing for the Navy Club.
- Member of the national water polo team of Azerbaijan. And at the club and in the national team he plays at number 13. He also defended the colors of the Azerbaijani youth team.
- In the 2008 season, he scored 4 goals, while being a midfielder. For a long time he acted as a goalkeeper in the team of CSKA Baku.
