Donetsk County - a county within the Don Army area . Administrative center: Kamensky district village (now the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region).
Zemsky stamp of the Donetsk district
The county had its zemstvo post and issued zemstvo stamps [1] . Only one stamp issue was made in 1879. Stamps were printed in half a penny denomination without prongs. Stamps were of two types: gray-blue and brown and were made on white paper using lithography technology [2] .
