Igor Vladimirovich Zbronzhko (born January 27, 1958 , Kharkov ) is a Russian statesman and politician.
He participated in the creation of state television and radio broadcasting in Russia. He was one of the initiators and a member of the Federal Commission for Broadcasting (Licensing), which provided in 1991-1996. the emergence in the Russian Federation of independent electronic media. He took part in the development of federal laws “On Mass Media”, “On Advertising”, the draft law “On Television and Radio Broadcasting” and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation. He made a great contribution to the formation and development of regional television companies. He developed the concept of the national institute of social communications.
