90s
- 12.11.1990, the Foundation of the company “Quasar-Micro”.
- 1991. Quasar-Micro implements its first computer.
- 1992. Kvazar-Micro was recognized as the best Intel distributor in the CIS. [one]
- 1993. Entering the international level - opening representative offices in Moscow, Minsk and Chisinau. The Quasar-Micro team represents Ukraine at the CeBIT computer exhibition (Hannover, Germany).
- 1994. For the first time, an exhibition-presentation "Days" Quasar-Micro "was held in Kiev.
- Opened CA "Quasar-Micro"
- 1995. The construction of the new Quasar-Micro Service Center, the largest computer service center in Ukraine, was completed.
- 1996. Launch of PC production under the trademarks Advantis, Premium and Premium Pro.
- 1997. Start of production of servers under the trademark NetFire. For the first time in 9 cities of Ukraine, the TechnoShow is held - an educational and educational event in the form of a series of seminars and presentations. The direction "System Integration" is open.

2000s
- 2000. Own e-business system was introduced, the distribution center “Kvazar-Micro” was created
- 2001. Implementation of a new service standard: the creation of a nationwide service network that provides round-the-clock support services in three quarters of the country.
- 2002. The Kvazar-Micro company received a loan from the EBRD for the implementation of a large-scale project to create the Kvazar-Micro Factory, a new computer production company. Kvazar-Micro introduced the first disaster-resistant solution in Ukraine (based on geocluster technology) at Prominvestbank.
- 2003. The Kvazar-Micro company at number one is included in the national Register of software manufacturers and distributors. The Kvazar-Micro Factory was put into operation, the largest enterprise in Ukraine producing computer equipment with a planned capacity of 200 thousand computers per year. - 2004 Quasar-Micro won the tender announced by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and became the first Ukrainian IT company to win an international tender.
- 2004. The Quasar-Micro company became part of the Sitronics concern, which is part of Sistema JSFC. With the support of a strategic investor, the company received unique development opportunities. Quasar-Micro is recognized as Oracle's Partner of the Year.
- 2005. The quasar-Micro software development quality system is certified for compliance with the requirements of the SEI CMMI Maturity Level 4 standard.
- The structure of the Quasar-Micro Russia company has been formed, the first major projects have been completed. The company “Kvazar-Micro” conducts its business activities in 18 countries.
- 2006. The project of creating the world's largest distributed contact center for Mobile TeleSystems OJSC was recognized as the best telecommunication solution of Digital Technology Week 2006 and was awarded the Digital Week Highlight 2006 award.
- The company is expanding its range of solutions for vertical markets, introducing integrated automation systems for holding companies, agriculture, the banking sector, etc. The company's turnover amounted to $ 560 million.
- 2007. Sitronics successfully conducted an IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Quasar-Micro becomes part of a public company. Quasar-Micro takes the first lines of ratings of IT companies in Ukraine and Russia. The first consulting project in the EU has been implemented. A number of major projects in Armenia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan have been completed.
- 06/18/2008 “Kvazar-Micro” in Russia switches to the new brand “Sitronics Information Technologies”, in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, other CIS countries, the Baltic countries and Eastern Europe, two brands were used until the end of 2008: Sitronics Information Technologies (Quasar-Micro).
- 2009 - transferred [brand and direction of distribution?] Melrose Holding Company. [3] In June 2009, Kvazar-Micro Securities bought out the IT distribution business and the Kvazar-Micro brand from Sitronics.
