Story

In one western country, a criminal organization operates to fabricate false evidence, sparing its customers from competitors. One of the victims of this organization is a certain toy manufacturer Lance Guerrero, who had the imprudence to make a mortal enemy in the person of Professor Lamont (the main supplier of evidence for the organization), seducing and leaving his only daughter Audrey.

Paying for this mistake, Guerrero goes to court, where he is presented with irrefutable evidence in the murder of a certain young person named Gene Višniak, including voice recording and fingerprints on the instrument of crime. For especially grave crimes, the death penalty is relied upon, or, at the request of the accused, a complete rework - mental correction of the personality, after which the person becomes incapable of any more manifestation of violence.

Unaware of anything, entangled in the web of deceptive lies, Lance Guerrero manages to hire Jason Rondola, a former private detective who then became a lawyer, who was not famous for any high-profile cases. According to the verdict of the court, Guerrero was found guilty and chooses a complete rework. After the trial, it is immersed in anabiosis for forty days. After this period, if the appeal to the court is not granted, the accused will undergo a psycho-correction.

Yazon Rondol, who turned out to be a good detective and an honest man, finds the end of the thread of this terrible and vile mystery, but he finds himself in the lair of Professor Lamont, who earns money by making irrefutable evidence for any criminal organization using his own inventions , the most important of which is a voice synthesizer with which you can record the voice of anyone.

Jason understands that, knowing such secrets, he will not live long, but Professor Lamont makes him a generous offer: to work for the organization, drawing up scenarios of crimes against those whom the customers pointed out. Rondol agrees and, having lulled the watchfulness of the criminals, escapes, after which he himself becomes a victim of their activities. For the "dangerous criminal Jason Rondol" is now hunted by the entire state police, the instructions of which are given by a mysterious man named Volmut.

The most important thing for Jason now is to surrender to the Sherwood police and live to see the trial, where he has a chance to defend himself before an electronic court operating in this country, present false evidence that Lamont fabricates and thereby destroy the current practice of false accusations.
