Republican party “Asar” ( kaz. “Asar” Republican Party , approximate translation - by the whole world ) is a political party that functioned in Kazakhstan in 2003–2006 . It was founded on October 25, 2003 on the basis of the Public Association "Asar" [1] . On July 4, 2006, a decision was made to merge with the Republican political party Otan [2] .

History
The party was organized on October 25, 2003 at the founding congress, which was held in Almaty with the participation of 1,100 delegates from all regions of Kazakhstan . At the congress, the Charter and the Program of the party were adopted, and elections were held for the chairman of the party that unanimously elected Dariga Nazarbayev . The political party included such famous personalities as Raushan Sarsembayeva, Gulnara Iksanova , Yerlan Karin and others. According to the stated report of the party chairman, the party recognized the program of Nursultan Nazarbayev “ Kazakhstan-2030 ” as an absolute value, and chose political centrism as an ideology [1] .
On December 19, 2003, the party was registered by the Registration Service Committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan [3] .
On January 27, 2004, the Asar Party faction was organized in the Parliament , which included senators , Cheeses , Cheeses , Cheeses , Cheeses , Cheeses , Cheesemak 4] .
According to the results of the 2004 elections to the Mazhilis, the party scored 541,239 (11.38%) of the votes on the party list and won one seat in the Mazhilis, Dariga Nazarbayeva became a deputy on the party list [5] . In single-mandate constituencies, three representatives passed to Majilis - the current deputy Uzakkali Eleubayev, as well as Sergey Kiselev and Vera Sukhorukova [6] .
On August 19, 2005, 16 senators were elected, in which a member of the Asar Akhmetov Rashit was elected as a deputy of the Senate from the West Kazakhstan region .
On July 4, 2006, an extraordinary congress of the party was held, at which it was decided to merge with the Republican political party Otan [2] .
Structure
According to the Charter of the party, its organizational structure was built on a territorial basis, the branches of the party worked in all regions of Kazakhstan, in the cities of Astana and Almaty . The governing bodies of the party were the Congress, the Political Council and the Central Council. The congress was the supreme governing body of the party; congresses could be regular and extraordinary. Regular congresses under the Charter were to be held once every four years, extraordinary could be convened on the initiative of the Central Council of the party, the Political Council or on the initiative of at least two thirds of all party members [7] .
