- Yangxin County (阳 新 县)
History
In the past, most of the current Huangshi district was known as Dae County, but now this name has been preserved only for a relatively small part of the district.
Economics
The northern part of the okrug is one of the centers of mining and ferrous metallurgy in China. Yangxin South County is more rural.
