- In 1910, the Kharkov-Izyum-Donbass railway was opened. [one]

Rail disasters
- March 4, 1910 in Roger Pass, in the Rocky Mountains (Canada), a special train with workers was dumped by an avalanche from a 15-meter height. The accident killed 59 workers and 4 members of the locomotive crew. Only the fireman remained alive. The train was aimed at clearing paths littered with an avalanche. [four]
- September 30, 1910 there was a unique accident of its kind. In Saratov, a freight train collided with a tram, which was reported in the 42nd issue of Ogonyka. [five]
