In assessing the costs of supporting the US Congress, the US Congressional Budget Office serves a purpose similar to the activities of the Joint Revenue Committee of the United States Congress, the Department of the Treasury of revenue for the US Federal Government and the cost of activities for the executive branch of the US Government [1] . The responsibilities of this department include determining the likely burden on the budget caused by the adoption of proposed laws (bills). The main goal of the department is to provide an objective, unbiased, timely analysis necessary for making economic decisions or decisions that create a burden on the budget. Such an analysis should contain the information and estimates necessary to conduct the budget process in the US Congress
