In Greek mythology, Arka is the daughter of Tavmanta and the Oceanid of Elektra , sister of Iris and Harpies . She helped the titans in the fight against the gods and Zeus , for which he threw her into Tartarus and took away the wings, which he then presented to Thetis [1] in honor of the wedding with Peleus ; Thetis subsequently gave these wings to her son Achilles . [2]
