History and Production
The station was created in 1992 in Moscow, on the basis of the experimental-industrial magnetogasdynamic installation U-25 of the Institute of High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences . The structure of the Moscow power system CHP-28 was included in 1992 .
The power plant equipment consists of one power unit with an installed electric capacity of 25 MW and an installed thermal capacity of 40 Gcal / h. The main objective of the CHP is the development of promising technologies for their subsequent implementation at other Mosenergo power plants. Among the latest developments: the launch of a combined cycle gas turbine unit PGU-60S with a gas turbine GTD-50S. [1] . Since January 2009, it has been a part of Mosenergo TPP-21 as “Queue-28” [2] . GTD-50S in 2012 was dismantled from line 28.
