Volynkina village (Vallakylä; Fin. Vallinginkylä ) - a settlement of the pre-Petrine era in the modern territory of St. Petersburg . Located at the intersection of modern streets Kalinin and Trefolev .

History
The village by the Ekaterinofka River has been known since about the 15th century .
In Petrovsky time, near the Ekaterinhof , Annenhof appeared here.
In the middle of the XIX century, “Wallakyula” was replaced by the Russian name “Volynkina village” .
The street leading to the village from the Peterhof highway was called the road in the village. Volynkin (currently liquidated).
On the territory of the village there was a street of the same name - the village of Volynkina, renamed in 1924 into Kalinina street. There is Volynkin Lane .
The territory of the former village by the 1920s was an undeveloped working outskirts. A large number of workers of the Putilovsky plant lived in the area. In addition, a large number of taverns and taverns were located on the territory of the former village, which made the district unattractive to residents of St. Petersburg.
It was finally absorbed by the city in the 1960s by the development of various non-residential buildings.
