Story
A pencil appears on a white screen and draws a rooster that is in such a hurry to see the light that it leaves unpainted.
The painted cock enters the barnyard, where the leader was an old and evil black rooster. Everyone is afraid of this cock, nobody criticizes his creaky voice, everyone listens to him.
All the inhabitants of the yard mock the appeared unpainted cock, tease him. As a result, on the advice of the dog Bobik, he decides to go to the Paints to be painted. When the cockerel sets off a hundred steps forward, along the way he meets a fox with foxes who do not recognize him as a rooster.
Having reached the cherished place, Petya-cockerel sees a flower meadow that transforms and becomes a house where Red, Blue and Yellow colors live.
Good colors color the rooster, which thanks them. On the way back, he again encounters foxes who still do not believe that he is real. A rooster gives them a chance to verify this by pecking one of the insolent foxes.
In the barnyard, everyone except Bobik continues to admire the old Rooster. Having decided to avenge his humiliation, Petya-cockerel takes the fight, and the old Rooster, shamefully retreating, gets into a puddle where the paint is washed off. Now everyone admires the new leader - the good and handsome Petya, who also sings beautifully.
