Biological Description
Miniature monopodial plant .
The stalk is shortened, the length of the leaves is from 15 to 30 cm. Leaves 2-4.
Leaves oblong-elliptical fleshy. Length up to 7 cm, width 3.5 cm.
The roots are fleshy, long, smooth.
Flowers up to 2 cm in diameter, purple with white, odorless. There is a pure white variety Phalaenopsis appendiculata var. alba .
Peduncle short (up to 5 cm long). Flowers bloom sequentially. Blooms irregularly, all year round.
Range, environmental features
Malaysia , Pahang and the north of the island of Borneo .
It occurs at low altitudes on thin mossy branches of bushes and trees in moist forests. Climate in places of natural growth ( Malaysia Kuantan):

Relative humidity 60–85%.
The most preferred planting on the block , but can be cultivated in pots with a substrate from a medium-sized pine bark. With proper care, it blooms easily, the life span of the flowers is 15-20 days.
