Basketball club "Sevastopol" was founded in 2008. He plays in Division “B” of the Ukrainian Basketball League. The form is red and black. Matches are held in the hall of the Branch of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov in Sevastopol (seats 200 spectators).
BC "Sevastopol" was founded in 2008 by the chairman of the city basketball federation Rudakov G.V. with the support of a group of basketball fans - entrepreneurs of the city.
As part of the basketball club - the pupils of the local youth sports school, some of them have successful experience in playing in the teams of masters of Ukraine.
The coaches are A. Vodolazkin and S. V. Korotkikh. In recent years, they have done a lot to save basketball in Sevastopol. Most of the team players are their pupils.
