Award ceremony
Ice dancing competitions at the 2010 Winter Olympics were held on February 19 , 21 and 22 .
All competitions were held in the Pacific Coliseum . On the first day from 16:45 to 20:15 local time ( UTC-8 ), a compulsory dance was performed , on the next from 16:15 to 19:45 the original dance , and on the final - arbitrary .
The draw of the compulsory dance was held at the first official training of the participants of the competition, February 4, 2010 [1] . The choice was between tango-romance and the golden waltz, and as a result, tango-romance was chosen as the obligatory dance.
