The medal “For Impeccable Service” is the departmental medal of the Russian Emergencies Ministry , established by order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation No. 628 of December 18, 2000 .

Award Rules
According to the Regulation, the Medal “For Impeccable Service” is awarded to military personnel of the civil defense forces and civilian personnel of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the excellent performance of their professional duties, who had previously been awarded state or departmental awards and had served in the State Emergencies Ministry - Emergencies Ministry for at least 15 years.
Medal Description
The medal is made of golden bronze [1] ; has a circle shape with a diameter of 32 mm with a convex rim on both sides. On the front side of the coin is a large emblem of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, which is an image of a two-headed eagle with a shield on its chest. In the center of the shield is the White Star of Hope and Salvation. The shield is covered with enamel , the color of which varies from azure to maroon. At later medals, enamel is absent. On the circumference above the emblem there is a relief inscription “For perfect service” . On the reverse side in two lines there is an inscription “EMERCOM of Russia” , under the inscription there is a relief image of crossed laurel branches.
The medal is connected with an eye and a ring to a pentagonal block, covered with a blue silk moire ribbon with a width of 24 mm, with orange stripes at the edges; strip width - 3 mm.
