Story
Translated from Italian, the name of this film sounds differently - "I dance by myself." The beautiful young American ( Liv Tyler ) after the suicide of her mother, a famous poetess and top model, goes to Italy. She will spend the summer in the villa of long-time friends of the family, located against the backdrop of the picturesque Tuscan hills. At nineteen, Lucy is a virgin, and she dreams of getting her first experience with a man who gave her the first kiss four years ago and who, she believes, wrote her the best letter in her life. She also wants to find out who her real father is - in her mother's diary there is a record of her intimacy with an unnamed man in August 1975, as a result of which Lucy was born.
