Nikolai Aleksandrovich Vodnevsky ( February 15, 1922 , Borovka , Bryansk Region , Russia - September 4, 2008 , Sacramento , California ) - a Christian poet and prose writer. Founder-editor of the Christian newspaper Our Days .

During the Second World War he was captured in Germany. At the end of 1950 he emigrated with his family to the United States . For 24 years he worked as an electrician at the Campbell Soup cannery. Famous Christian poet and prose writer . The author of numerous collections of Christian poems and prose. He worked at a radio station founded by the Light in the East mission ( Korntal , Germany).
In 1974, he founded and became editor-in-chief of the Faith and Life magazine published by the Light in the East mission [2] . Founder and executive editor of the newspaper Our Days, published by the Pacific Association of Slavic Evangelical Christian Baptists (Sacramento, California, USA).
The author of many books. He lived in Sacramento (pc. California, USA). He died on September 4, 2008 , at the 87th year of his life.
