History
The company has been operating in the restaurant market since 1990 [2] , since 2004 it has been named Rosinter Restaurants Holding.
Owners and management
The nominal owner of the company is Rig Restaurants Limited ( Cyprus ). The actual owner is Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco . In May 2007, the company held an IPO, placing 26% of the shares on the market and earning about $ 100 million for them. The company's capitalization was $ 384 million [3] .
President of Rosinter Restaurants Holding OJSC is Sergey Zaitsev [4] , who began his career in Novosibirsk.

As of September 30, 2013, Rosinter Restaurants Holding OJSC is the leading operator in the segment of family restaurants (casual dining restaurants) in Russia and the CIS, which operates 383 enterprises in 42 cities of Russia, the CIS and Central Europe, including the Baltic countries. The network includes 355 family restaurants, including 130 restaurants operating on the basis of franchise agreements, and 28 Costa Coffee stores. The company offers dishes of Italian, Japanese and American cuisine in restaurants operating under its own trademarks IL Patio and Planet Sushi and under the TGI Friday's trademark used in the franchise system. Rosinter also develops and operates a network of coffee houses, Costa Coffee, under the franchise system. Rosinter Restaurants Holding shares are listed on the Moscow MICEX-RTS (rts.micex.ru) under the ticker ROST.
In March 2012, Rosinter became McDonald's franchisee , intending to open the restaurants of the network at railway stations and airports [5] .
The net sales of the holding in 2007 increased by 22.7% and amounted to US $ 268.2 million compared to US $ 218.6 million in 2006. The company's net profit grew by 665.9% to $ 6 million compared to $ 0.8 million in 2006. The net profit margin was 2.2% compared with 0.4% in 2006.
