Mogilevskaya, Elena Yuryevna

Elena Yuryevna Mogilevskaya (born May 24, 1960 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian composer, a member of the Union of Composers of the USSR and Russia [1] since 1989 , a laureate of international and all-Union composer and theater competitions and festivals.

In 1979 she graduated from the Music College at the Moscow Conservatory. P.I. Tchaikovsky ( Academic College of Music at the Moscow Conservatory ) in piano class of Professor Pavel Valerianovich Messner (student and assistant Emil Gilels ).

In 1985 she graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory. Tchaikovsky in the composition class of professor, People's Artist of the USSR, Tikhon Nikolaevich Khrennikov , piano class - at the professor, Honored Artist of Russia, Natalia Donatovna Yurygina .

In parallel with the composer, intensively engaged in teaching. Including, in 1989-1998, she was the musical director of the faculty of pop art and an employee of the Department of History and Theory of Music of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (GITIS) . Repeatedly participated in tours to Poland , Germany , Belgium , France , Italy , Switzerland , Brazil . Collaborated with the theater-workshop of Peter Fomenko .

Since 1998 he has been working in Dusseldorf ( Germany ) as a composer, pianist, organist , teacher and music therapist . Brother - pianist Vladimir Mogilevsky .
