Hajizade, Elshan Mahmud oglu

Elshan Hajizadeh was born in 1961 in the city of Siazan. In 1982, he graduated from the Accounting and Economics Department of the Azerbaijan National Economic Institute. D. Bunyadzade . In 1982-1984 he served in the military. In 1982-1997 worked as a financier, accountant and economist in the Fuel and Energy Complex of Azerbaijan ( SOCAR - OGDU named after Z. Tagiyev, and the Production Association of Oil and Gas Production on Land,   Azerigaz CJSC ). In 1997-2014 worked in various positions for appointment and choice in the field of science and education:

- Union of Economists of Azerbaijan ^[6] - expert;

- National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Institute of Economics: "Structural Change" sector - head, department of "Macroeconomic Development and Economic Growth" - chief researcher .

- Azerbaijan State Economic University - UNEC ^[7] :

“Socio-economic research laboratory” - head, “Center for Scientific Research and Consulting on the Development of Regions of Azerbaijan” - director, “Center for Masters Training” - deputy director.

In 2010-2018, he worked as the chief editor of the “Tax Journal of Azerbaijan” ^[8] . ”

Since June 2019, he has been a leader on a voluntary basis at the Center for Energy Economics, Azerbaijan State University of Economics - UNEC.
