Biography

B.I.Sher July 11 (24), 1914 in the village of Chernoostrovsk (now Turukhansky district , Krasnoyarsk Territory ). Since 1934 - in the cinema , in 1934-1936 - the assistant operator, since 1936 - the operator of the Moscow Newsreel Studio ( TSSDF ). Front-line cameraman of the Great Patriotic War . Together with R.L. Carmen, he shot the captivity of Field Marshal von Paulus . Since 1944, he filmed a chronicle in the ADD film group.

On June 10, 1943, during a raid on the enemy’s Bryansk airfield, Captain Shere was shooting and acting as a shooter from an airplane. When repulsing an enemy fighter attack, a Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was shot down by a burst of machine gun. ^[1] .
