Korea’s Central Telegraph Agency ( Cor. 조선 중앙 Ц ; CTAC ) is the DPRK state news agency . Created December 5, 1946 . Headquarters in Pyongyang . CTAC press releases are issued, in addition to Korean, in Russian, English and Spanish. It is a news provider for all North Korean media and a source of information on DPRK news for the overseas world. There are currently no other sources of information in the DPRK .
