In 2007, he founded the construction company Urban Group, whose legal entities were declared bankrupt on July 9, 2018, and the Government of the Russian Federation approved a “road map” for the restoration of the rights of real estate investors [3] . According to the claimant’s representatives in the bankruptcy case, money was withdrawn from the accounts of legal entities of the Urban Group, including the personal accounts of Alexander Dolgin. [4] Dolgin himself went abroad for a long time [5] , where he was at the end of 2018.
In 2012, he founded the Digital Society Laboratory company, specializing in conducting sociological and marketing research in social networks and the Internet. [6]
