Central Council of Former Muslims

The Central Council of Former Muslims ( German: Zentralrat der Ex-Muslime ) is a German-based association of non-religious persons who were formerly Muslims or come from Islamic countries. It has branches in the UK and Scandinavia . It was founded on January 21, 2007 . [1] A friendly organization, the Central Committee of Former Muslims, was opened in the Netherlands . Among the founders are Iranian communist and activist for human rights and women's rights, Mina Ahadi , Turkish publicist Arzu Toker, and the son of an Iraqi priest, Nur Gabbari. [2]
