Biography
1842 - 1848 - in the Austrian diplomatic service.
From 1848 in retirement, until September 1859 he lived in Turin .
Entered the diplomatic service of the Sardinian kingdom . He served in London , Berlin , Athens , Constantinople .
Since 1866 - Minister-resident.
Since 1867 - Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary with accreditation in Stuttgart , Monaco and Madrid .
Since 1883 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Empire ( St. Petersburg ).
Since 1888 - retired.
Since 1891 - Senator of the Italian Kingdom.
