Biography
Since 1851 - in the service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Since 1852, Massimo d'Azello and Camillo Benzo di Cavura , personal secretary of the Chairmen of the Council of Ministers of the Sardinian Kingdom . Accompanied the latter at the Paris Conference of 1856 as Head of the Cabinet of the President of the Council of Ministers (since 1855 ).
Since 1856 - First Class Vice Consul
Since 1858 - Consul 1 class.
Since 1860 - Minister Plenipotentiary in Paris .
In 1861 - Governor of the Southern Provinces.
Since 1862 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France (Paris).
From 1876 to 1881 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Empire ( St. Petersburg ).
From 1882 to 1884 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Great Britain ( London ).
