History
The village was first mentioned in salary books of 1676 as part of the Cuban parish , it had 15 peasant and 2 bobyl yards [3] .
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Monakovsky volost of the Murom district of Vladimir province . In 1859 [4] there were 31 yards in the village, in 1905 [5] - 71 yards, in 1926 [6] - 95 yards.
Since 1929, the village was the center of the Chernivsky Village Council of the Vachsky District of the Gorky Region , since 1936 - as part of the Gorky Region , since 1954 - as part of the Filinsky Village Council .
