Biography
From the family of an official. In 1879 he graduated from the Naval College, served in the Navy in Kronstadt and Revel . Joined the organization " Black Redistribution ". Since 1879 - married to O. K. Bulanova-Trubnikova .
In 1880–1881 he was one of the leaders of the St. Petersburg new group of black settlers, then he transferred to Narodnaya Volya . A year later, he was arrested in Moscow and sentenced to five years of exile in Eastern Siberia .
In 1888, having returned to European Russia, he withdrew from political activity. However, after the February Revolution he joined the Socialist Revolutionary Party . Not accepting the October Revolution , Anatoly Bulanov went on a business trip to Saratov , and there he suddenly died of a heart attack .
