Story
Hercule Poirot decided to take a break from business on the coast. He is accompanied by an old friend, Captain Hastings . However, when friends chatted peacefully in a cafe, a famous detective suddenly fell into a glass of a bullet. Poirot discovers that the bullet was intended for the charming girl Nick Buckley, the owner of an old house on the outskirts of the city, Endhouse. Having pierced the girl's hat and ricocheted off the tree, the bullet hit the glass of Poirot, thereby interrupting his rest. Poirot decides to thwart the killer’s plans and begins an investigation, but he fails to prevent the tragedy.
