El Batrun [1] , Botris ( Arabic: البترون , other Greek: Βοτρύς ) is a city on the Mediterranean coast , located in the north of Lebanon . One of the oldest cities in the world. The name is of Greek origin. The city was founded by the Phoenicians on the coast, just north of Byblos .
